That is why we created our Low-Income Relief Discount, which offers a 20% discount to all individuals and households at or below the federal poverty level.

Check Your Eligibility
To apply for our Long-Term Disability or Low-Income Relief discount programs, please get verified at Verifypass.
Provide Documentation
No subject or body text is required. You must provide a clearly legible image of the entire document to become eligible for our discount programs. Please allow 7–10 days for your application to be processed.
Receive Your Discount
If approved, you will receive an email with a custom code for a lifetime 20% discount off all full-retail price items in our online store. The code is only intended for your use and your immediate family members.
Medicaid will NOT pay for your purchase. It simply qualifies you for our Pur Kratom discount.
