Does Insurance Cover Kratom?
Insurance companies do not cover kratom products in the United States; however, at PUR Kratom, we believe everyone deserves access to our products, regardless of their income. That is why we currently offer a wide range of discount programs, each designed to help some of our communities’ most vulnerable people.
PUR Kratom Military Discount
At PUR Kratom, we are proud to support our servicemen and women who dedicate their lives to keep our families and us safe. To show our appreciation, we currently offer a 20% discount to all active-duty personnel and veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.
To confirm eligibility for this discount, simply choose the Military Discount option at checkout. By selecting this option, you will be taken to a third-party partner that will help verify the following items:
Email ending in .mil- Official Military ID or Veterans Affairs IDDD-214
- Certificate of Release/Discharge (please cover you SSN)
- Promotion Certificate or Award Certificate
- Veterans Affairs postal letters
- Driver’s License showing VA endorsement (requires visit to DMV to add to license)
- G.I. Bill documents
PUR Kratom Long-Term Disability Discount
We understand that individuals with long-term disabilities may need extra support to cope with various daily tasks and responsibilities. To help those with long-term disabilities, all users who receive disability benefits are eligible for a discount of 20% off all PUR Kratom items from our online store.
To verify that you are eligible for this discount, simply provide a copy of any documentation demonstrating that you are receiving benefits from one of the following governmental entities:
Social Security Disability Insurance
Supplemental Security Income
PUR Kratom Low-Income Relief Discount
At PUR Kratom, we are confident that our products can help people across all walks of life. We are also firm believers that one should not be turned away because of their inability to pay our products’ full price. That is why we created our Low-Income Relief Discount, which offers a 20% discount to all individuals and households at or below the federal poverty level.
To verify that you are eligible for this discount, simply provide a copy of any documentation demonstrating that you are receiving benefits from one of the following governmental entities:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Medicaid*
- Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)**
- Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
To apply for our Long-Term Disability or Low-Income Relief discount programs, please get verified at Verifypass.
No subject or body text is required. You must provide a clearly legible image of the entire document to become eligible for our discount programs. Please, allow 7-10 days for your application to be processed. If approved, you will receive an email with a custom code for a lifetime 20% discount off all full-retail price items in our online store. The code is only intended for your use and your immediate family members.
