To apply for our Long-Term Disability or Low-Income Relief discount programs, please get verified at Verifypass.
No subject or body text is required. You must provide a clearly legible image of the entire document to become eligible for our discount programs. Please, allow 7-10 days for your application to be processed.
If approved, you will receive an email with a custom code for a lifetime 20% discount off all full-retail price items in our online store. The code is only intended for your use and your immediate family members.
