The package was severely smashed or something it was just powder and I will not try in another form but a pill sample! Not all your fault but I was very turned off by your effort of shipping! Thanks but no thanks!
If you received your sample capsules smashed, this is due to the USPS process due to the item was sent in a regular envelope. We recently made a change and are now sending all samples in powdered form to avoid damage. Please contact us at support@purkratom.com to receive a replacement. Thank you.
